2. Some of the ink cartridges may have been overfilled by the factory. We suggest you open the cartridges at a sink or over your garbage can to avoid possible leaks from damaging your carpet.

3. When the printer or computer pops up a message ‘Non- genuine ink cartridges installed’/ ‘Used or Counterfeit Cartridges Detected, etc’, please press ‘OK’ or ‘Continue’ button to go on print.
