Matters to be reminded
All post offices sent to Brazil and Argentina require the consignee to pay customs duties to receive the goods. If the goods are not paid beyond the time limit, the goods will be returned. You are required to bear the double freight. Thank you. Please confirm and order. Placing an order means that you agree to cooperate.
1. Once we receive your payment, we will prepare & arrange shipment to you within 1-3 days. It usually takes approximately 10-30 working days to be delivered to the USA/ Canada/ UK/ other European countries, not include weekends and holidays via Hong Kong Post. For registered mail & EMS, we will save the delivery certificate after we send the items to you. Also, we will update the tracking number for you & save the delivery certificate for your reference if you need it.
2. Prefer a fast delivery? If you Prefer a fast delivery like UPS/ DHL, please inquire about the fast delivery cost before your purchase.
3. This product will be shipped via registered mail from China Post. You can track your parcel with the updated tracking number online.
4. Items will be marked as “Gift” and declared low value to minimize the customs tax. (NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding/buying.) We can mark the customs clearance declaration per your instruction if any.

For security reasons, we will only ship orders to the delivery address you confirmed with Escrow.
1. If you want a refund because of the item defect or some other quality problems, please contact us within 3 days after you get it. the fee relating to the reback mailing should be overtaken by yourself.
2. Less than 0.5percent of the bundle sometimes may get lost, but please don’t worry about it. If you still fail to get your ordered items within the estimated time, please feel free to contact us as quickly as you can. We will be responsible for resending you new items or refund you all the payments including item and transport costs.
