It would have been nice to have an installation manual for the bike and all the accessories.

Good bike for the price. I like the good brakes, wide rims, accurate shifting. Fantastic motor with a big clear color display! Decent front fork, the rear damping is a bit hard. The bike comes with lightning front and rear, included pump, mini tool, motor spanner, wire lock and a nice bag for the charger etc.

The bike is good, the value for money is correct, it is quite heavy, comfortable, enough size for me (1,85m). The screen is very nice with visible options such as braking or the light on. Some elements such as the shock absorbers will be changed over time… I am satisfied!

1st class customer service, this company is excellent to deal with 5 *****. Purchased 2 bikes on 11/11. Bikes are very powerful, make sure to use correct gearing. Gear box is quiet and smooth. Our only upgrades are main frame air suspension (more space for easy battery removal and replacement) Zefal 50mm PTFE tape in the tires, mudguards, brake handle silicone sleeves, Wildman saddle bag, and additional lighting. Products arrived super quickly, three days. Once the battery properly recharge I made 30 km in the forest with big differences I left 70% of the battery. The engine is very quiet. The bike is very easy to use without assistance .. I programmed the maximum speed at 45 km hours and I activated the nine power modes everything works properly. Only downside, the front fork and rear damper are not at all suitable for the technical course (pebbles, root) the damper is too hard the bike jumps, and the fork slams on the top, so I changed the rear damper by a tyre and I will certainly change the fork also by a tyre. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Bike powerful and well made. The owner’s manual could be more complete, with more pictures. I don’t know if you can charge the battery without take it apart from the bike frame because don’t find jack on bike frame. Maybe you have to disassemble the battery to charge it. If I need a technical support to whom I turn?
