1: After downloading the medicare APP, pls be sure to set the correct User info in Medicare app (Age, Sex, Height, Weight), When measuring, if quit or can’t measure on the bracelet. Please change the skin color on the app

2. When you open the MeCare app on your phone you need to scroll down the screen to see all of the menu options.

3. The ECG is initiated from the MeCare app on your phone (not from the KAIHAI H66). Have a finger pressed to the contact on the side of the KAIHAI H66 and then start the ECG from the MeCare app. The ECG should then start scrolling across the screen in the MeCare app. If the ECG is not showing a good reading try adjusting how your finger is pressed to the contact on the side of the KAIHAI H66, also try pressing down gently on the KAIHAI H66 to improve the connection of the two contact points underneath (against your wrist) or setting restore the factory settings on the APP

The reason is that the phone cannot connect to the bracelet. there are the following points
1:Mobele version is determined 4.4 or above. Ios 8.0 or above
2:wherher the mobile phone is a lot of garbage,need to clean up
3:some android phones need to open the phone GPS
4: whether connected to many other devices on the Bluetooth. needs to be deleted
5:restart your phone and bracelet
6: Delete the device at Bluetooth. then log in APP to reconnect
7:Whether the bracelet is connected to other mobile phones. (If connected, Bluetooth appears on the bracelet screen)
