this is the fourth pair I've bought for friends as well as my self. for dry eyes use once in the morning and once at night, it actually sends me to sleep at night, very relaxing and warm eye massage is great for my dry eye problem. recommended by my optician better than eye drops. but you do need to use them with heat and massage and at least once a day. can recommend store fast post to WA.
