Have taken Adult S and our kids are 9 and 11. From the length it is somewhat large. Reaches up to the chest but the fins are still too small. Perhaps it makes more sense to order the fins individually in a larger size and then the cover in the appropriate child size

The tail itself is fine and good, but the black part where the feet should be is too small. The feet come in with a lot of movement, but the tail is too big for that black part
the tail is a plastic board wrapped in cloth, it doesn’t look very sturdy. I will update this review if possible once my daughter uses it in the pool.
